Winnie really knows the market! I first met her while trying to look at an apartment building without an agent. She was there to meet a client and I noticed that she showed up early, she knew the other agents on scene, and she was prepared when her client got there. I’ve since had her help me check a few properties, and she’s always knowledgeable, responsive, and super helpful.

Gabrielle was our realtor for our first home purchase and we had a great experience! She is an excellent communicator, patient, and ethical. Gabrielle always worked to keep us informed of our choices both in negotiations and market conditions, including touring us to off-market homes in our desired areas and providing personal market analyses for our desired areas, so we could understand how rare or common a given property type was and bid accordingly. Before we settled on our dream home, we wrote a few other offers on homes that we were interested in. We wrote pre-emptive offers, offers on an offer deadline, one back up offer, and offers as they come. We went through both single and multiple counter offer situations, and learned they work differently. Gabrielle gave us thorough disclosure reviews and comparable sales analyses for each property, as well as intel about how one strategy worked in one situation, and another worked in another situation. She quantified our chances with each offer strategy so we could make the decisions we were most comfortable with based on how strongly we felt about any given home, including the likelihood of contingencies being accepted. Gabrielle made herself available for phone calls as often as we needed to talk through decisions. One thing stood out to us - we were a couple months in to our search. We were in counter offers on a property that ticked some of our boxes. Gabrielle sensed our hesitation, and addressed it, encouraging us to let the counter offer expire since the home was not truly our dream home. At no time did she push us to get this condo just because it was within reach, she instead actively pushed us NOT to buy this home and continue with our search. We ultimately found a condo with a fully private garage and large storage, in our desired area - and, we won our current home in a bidding war, WITH contingencies!

I am not new when it comes to dealing with realtors and my biggest complaint is that it is hard to get them on the phone when they lock you in. This was not my experience with Winnie! Even though I lost on quite a few bids for my next home, Winnie treated me with respect and her follow up was thoughtful, prompt, and thorough. Although I am interested to see what happens next in this crazy market, Winnie is the kind of person I will call on for my future real estate needs.
